Let me share my incredibly disappointing experience, which devolved into a terrible breakdown in communication after what I hoped would be a seamless high-end shopping journey. Initially, I had a great experience recently with Brandon at the Palo Alto location as he helped to guide me in a purchase of a high-end watch back in Sept 2023. But then, nothing. I never heard from Brandon or anyone at Shreve PA after visiting and lodging my interest in a Rolex DJ 41. It's now May 2024, eight months later, and this complete digital silence and lack of follow-up, despite my clear interest, is why I'm leaving this review and needed to speak with customer service. I felt compelled to engage because this disregard for a prospective high-value customer is simply unacceptable.

Customer: I'm calling about an experience I had back in September. I visited your Palo Alto location, expressed serious interest in a Rolex DJ 41, and frankly, I'm appalled that I never heard back from anyone – not Brandon, not anyone. It's been eight months! CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. Eight months without a follow-up after expressing interest in a significant purchase is certainly not the standard of service we aim for. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. Customer: Oversight? I ended up going to another authorized dealer a month after my visit with you and bought the exact watch I wanted, and even more since then! It makes me wonder why I even bothered to lodge my interest with you in the first place.
