There was a time when visiting my local Palo Alto Shreve & Co., the service was not nearly as good as I had previously experienced at their Portland store. That previous disappointment led me to consider leaving a review, as I truly believed the store could do better and wanted to engage with customer service to understand what happened.
Customer: I really need to talk about my previous experience at your Palo Alto store. I was quite disappointed with the service I received when I tried to inquire about getting my Rolex serviced before my last visit.
